Step into Ken's House.
At Ken’s House, we believe your space should speak, not whisper.
In a world of soulless flat-pack furniture, we bring back the bold. From chrome legged icons to Danish drops and mid-century must haves, every piece is handpicked for it's story, it's character, and its staying power.
We give vintage furniture & pieces a second chance at life. Cleaned, styled, and celebrated. These aren’t just bits of old timber and fabric. They’re time tested originals with something to say.
Ken doesn't don’t believe in blending in.
Ken believes in curating a home that feels collected, not copy and pasted.
So whether it’s a teak sideboard, a tubular chair, or a ceramic lamp with serious attitude, if it’s at Ken’s House, it’s built to last and ready to live again.
Welcome to the past, made present!
Who is Ken?
Ken’s House is run by me, Lachlan, but its heart belongs to my late grandfather, Ken.
Ken wasn’t a furniture maker. He was a quiet, practical man who took real pride in his home. He worked a regular job, but in his spare time, he’d fix, build, and maintain whatever the house needed. Always with care, purpose, and creativity.
The mid-century furniture my grandparents filled their home with? It’s still standing and still in use. Not because it was trendy, but because it was timeless, and because Ken looked after it.
Ken’s resourcefulness, his eye for quality, and the quiet craftsmanship he brought to everything he did. That’s what inspired me to create Ken’s House. His way of doing things, no fuss, just good work is how I run Ken's House today.
This isn’t just a name. It’s a legacy. And I’m proud to carry it forward.
